Vision is a small Canberra building company led by owner, builder and carpenter Michael Patt. He quotes every job, works on every job and answers the phone himself.
In real estate they say it’s all about location.
But when it comes to building, Michael believes it’s all about communication – open, honest and regular. Expect to be kept in the loop from the first quote to the final clean-up.

He runs every project
Michael believes in being respectful of everyone’s time. If he is going to be more than ten minutes behind, you'll hear from him before you notice.
Running late? He calls.
No hand-balling between managers. Michael will quote your job, meet you on site and keep you up to date right through to completion.
The site is cleaned daily
Michael is fastidious about keeping the building site tidy. This is both for aesthetics and most importantly, safety. Every day ends with a clean-up.

Vision specialises in constructing environmentally sensitive homes using GreenSmart approved building techniques.
Michael has a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Canberra. He is also a fully accredited GreenSmart™ Professional, having completed the Housing Industry Association’s GreenSmart Training and Accreditation Course. Michael is able to visualise your completed project, liaise effectively and knowledgeably with architects and deliver on technically complex projects.
